What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you type into the form (name, phone, email, county and your answers), the exact consent wording you agreed to, and basic technical details: your IP address, browser type, the page you came from and any ad campaign tags in the link you clicked.

How we use it

We send your request to the one professional named on the form, so they can contact you about it. We use the technical details to stop spam and to see which pages and ads work.

Health details

Some forms ask what you want help with, such as a health concern on the acupuncture form. You can choose "I'd rather say on the call". Whatever you choose goes only to that one professional.

Who sees it

Only the professional your request was sent to and the Ask WNC operator. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email, and they may process your information only to provide that service.

Texts and calls

You can tell the professional to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Keeping and deleting

We keep requests so professionals can follow up and so we can measure results. To have your information deleted, reply to the confirmation email you received and ask.
